Solid curved thermoformed plates	PKP2000 knee pads with front thigh plates $230 plus shipping Choice of a flex plate (has stitched bend points) or a solid curved thermoformed plate (or a combination of the two can be done as well) Options: Viscoelastic gel $65 EVA foam $15 Name and/or number customization $15 Garter belt $25 The height of the front plate can be adjusted to best fit with your pants for the least amount of bulk. To measure: kneel on the floor with your pants on and measure up to the bottom of the pant leg The flex plates are good for pads with narrow knee cradles, they allow more flex and it's easier to attach the top elastic strap on the base knee pads The solid thermoformed plates are best for pads with very wide open knee cradles and when you need the absolute maximum coverage	Flex plates with stitched breaks
Both styles side by side The plates can be added to any base PKP1000 knee pad that has the lace in tabs at the top. An additional drop down strap will connect at the bottom velcro

Viscoelastic Gel	$65 to add (replaces the stock LD24 foam) A solid sheet of gel that is cut to fit into the bottoms of the knee pads in the middle and inside panels. This is softer and more durable then the stock foam. Be aware that it adds around 1/4 lb per knee pad. This is great for older, heavier players or those who have had knee surgeries

EVA Foam	$15 to add (replaces the stock LD24 foam) Great for younger and lighter players who want a more durable and softer landing This can be combined with the gel to create a thicker landing

Name/number customization	$15 to add Heat transfer vinyl is available in many colors: Red, white, black, navy, sport gold, royal, metallic gold, silver, dark grey, baby blue Custom graphics can be done as well, email for a quote

Garter Belt	$25 to add Standard design has two drop down straps on each side with triglides Different drop down styles can be made if needed (single drop, velcro, etc.)

	Ordering information: Please provide us with the following details when ordering 1. Color of the outside shell 2. Color of the nash liner (grey or ivory) 3. Color of the elastic, stitching, and hook/loop (black or white) 4. Measurements around the leg 5" above and 5" below the center of the kneecap (for senior sizes) This is best taken with the leg slightly bent. 5. Your height 6.
